Hey there - I'm Daniel Kimball, founder of DoKrew Health and Performance. After over 13 years of experience in strength and performance training, plus six years as a D1 wrestler, I've learned what it really takes to transform your body and reach your goals.
Look, getting stronger, building muscle, and improving your health isn't always straightforward. I've been there - from packing on muscle to move up weight classes, to battling back from injuries, to figuring out how to fuel my body the right way. These experiences, combined with my Masters in Exercise Science, have shaped how I approach coaching today.
Here's the deal - whether you're a wrestler looking to jump levels, someone who wants to get stronger and healthier, or an athlete aiming to boost your performance, I've got your back. I've spent the last couple years working with both adults and youth athletes, learning that everyone needs something a little different to succeed.
